Business Development Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business as a General Manager in our Cheltenham site.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the building team to deliver our company's values and member journey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to increase occupancy percentage and meet KPI's.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute community events that enhance member engagement.
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience, but we can offer a competitive package, including benefits and an annual bonus. The estimated salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
