Job Description:

HBD Partners is a leading hospitality group with a portfolio of mid-market hotels in key towns and cities across the UK. We are seeking a Business Development Lead to join our UK team, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts with corporate clients. They will also work closely with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of delivering results. You will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
