About Our Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Lead to join our remote team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in identifying and securing growth opportunities for Northrop Grumman UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Northrop Grumman team to winning strategic growth opportunities.
  • Manage internal resources to optimize the bid pipeline process.
  • Represent senior business development staff to promote Northrop Grumman's expertise.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across CRM (Salesforce) and bid pipeline tools. You should also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to write engaging reports that secure senior proposal sponsorship.
