Strategic Business Growth Manager

We're seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at First Base. This exciting role presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled sales professional to excel in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Benefits:
- 10% bonus on basic salary, paid four times per year.

- Minimum 30 days' annual leave, including birthday off and Christmas closure without affecting holiday entitlement.
- Company contributes 5% to your pension, with a minimum contribution of 3% from you.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, based on the location and industry standards.
