Role Overview

The successful candidate will lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey. Key responsibilities include creating a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members, and building community, while delivering targeted occupancy percentage and achieving location KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, review, and revise your location sales plan to meet business objectives.
  • Pursue prospecting and organic site-led activity to attract new members.
  • Manage a pipeline of sales, working closely with an internal sales team to achieve targets.
  • Oversee a calendar of community activities/events to enhance community engagement.
  • Establish regular contact with members to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Train and manage team members for your location.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position will be commensurate with prior experience, with additional benefits including private healthcare and an annual bonus.
