Company Overview

Our client, a renowned provider of 5-star hospitality focused office spaces across the UK and Europe, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Cheltenham. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to run your own business within a well-supported company.

The successful candidate will combine skills in business development, membership relations, community engagement, building, and financial management. They will be responsible for managing services, sales, occupier liaison, people & team management, residents and culture, accounting and budgetary, and health & safety. If you are up for this challenge and have experience in a reputable hospitality or member/client-led business, we encourage you to apply.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, including a pension contribution and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays. You will also enjoy excellent training and career progression opportunities, as well as access to a range of selectable benefits. Key Attributes and Responsibilities
To succeed in this role, you should have people management, networking, business development skills, relationship management, and good communication skills. You should be energetic, positive, and have a great can-do attitude. Working knowledge of property-based Health and Safety is essential. The key responsibilities include management of services, sales, occupier liaison, people & team management, residents and culture, accounting and budgetary, and health & safety.
