Business Expansion Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Expansion Lead to join our team at beBee Professionals in Cheltenham. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to identify new market opportunities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Forge and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients, leveraging industry expertise to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a proven track record of success in business development or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and execute market strategies.
