About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Education Programmes Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and delivery of our educational programmes. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with our partner schools, drive revenue growth, and support programme success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple school accounts, balancing priorities, and driving efficient processes.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with school stakeholders, including teachers, administrators, and decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless programme delivery, leveraging expertise from Partnerships, Operations, and Tutor teams.
  4. Drive invoiced revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly targets, maintaining list pricing, and delivering forecasted revenue.
  5. Support schools in achieving their goals, monitoring progress, and proactively intervening where necessary.
  6. Become an expert in onboarding, building a network of contacts, and fostering positive brand awareness through case studies, videos, and PR opportunities.
  7. Leverage your relationships to drive upsells, programme extensions, and renewals, ensuring we help as many pupils as possible.
  8. Partner with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for school scaling goals, focusing on teacher experience and optimisation.

  • A competitive salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.
