Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Education Programme Coordinator to join our team at NFP PEOPLE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training, supporting, and developing volunteers, as well as monitoring the programme through effective administration and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programmes for volunteers
  • Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for volunteers
  • Monitor programme progress and make recommendations for improvement
  • Build strong partnerships between schools and the charity

Requirements:

  • Strong supervision skills and ability to connect with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Flexibility in approach to meet volunteers' and pupils' developmental needs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
