Job Title: Programme Coordinator

Join the Supporting Education Group as a Programme Coordinator and play a vital role in the success of our organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating programmes, managing contracts, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Alternative Provision department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a comprehensive portfolio of school/contract requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Alternative Provision department, including mobilising new provisions and securing venues.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to ensure efficient programme management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including students, teachers, and employers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage attendance monitoring and liaison with schools and various centers, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support the Alternative Provision Manager in monitoring and reporting systems, ensuring high-quality programme delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the programme, promoting clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare performance reports, against targets, as required, to ensure programme success.
Requirements:
  • Project coordination experience, with a strong understanding of programme management principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
