They will also lead a team of machine learning researchers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall work programme of interrelated projects, including daily management of the programme throughout its life.
  • Coordinate projects and their interdependencies, promoting collaboration and identifying potential risks and issues.
  • Lead a team of machine learning researchers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent in machine learning.
  • Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment, creating a space where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programmes, with a solid understanding of programme management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of researchers or developers, preferably with a focus on machine learning-related projects.
  • Experience in recruitment and retention strategies, with a track record of attracting and developing top talent in machine learning.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
