The Role

We are seeking a Programme Coordinator to join our team, responsible for planning and coordinating inspiring outdoor learning experiences for families and adults across the Royal Parks.

As a Programme Coordinator, you will develop and deliver a wide range of programmes, inspiring visitors to engage with the wildlife and heritage of our beautiful parks.

You will work closely with volunteers and partners to engage visitors and foster a greater understanding of nature, heritage, and wellbeing.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience delivering nature, heritage, or wellbeing activities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience of adapting outdoor sessions according to weather conditions, the needs of each group and other unforeseen circumstances
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging sessions
