We are looking for an experienced Reception Administrator to join our team at CV-Library in Shrewsbury. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious organisation and be part of a dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our reception area.

  1. Answering Calls: Answer and direct phone calls with seamless communication between clients and colleagues.
  2. Visitors: Greet visitors, escort them to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments as needed.
  3. Team Administration: Provide general team administration, including photocopying, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative capacity.
  2. Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
