Established in Shrewsbury, our prestigious organisation is seeking an exceptional Reception Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Job Title: Reception Administrator

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to our reception area.

  1. Switchboard Operation: Answer and direct phone calls with seamless communication between clients and colleagues.
  2. Client Welcome: Greet visitors, escort them to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments as needed.
  3. Administrative Support: Provide general team administration, including photocopying, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative capacity.
  2. Confidence and Communication: Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
