Job Summary">

Shropshire Doctors Co-operative Limited 'Shropdoc' is a leading provider of urgent primary care services in Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin. We are seeking an experienced Relief Primary Care Centre Assistant and Driver to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess basic IT skills. They will also be required to have a full UK driving licence and a minimum of 3 years' driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Services: Provide transportation services for clinicians, patients, and equipment between Primary Care Centres and home visits.
  • Reception and Administration: Manage patient appointments, handle phone calls, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Regularly inspect and maintain Shropdoc vehicles, report any issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £29,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus a 30% uplift for evening and night shifts. Additional benefits include 26 days annual leave, NHS pension scheme, paycare healthcare benefits, and access to national discounts.
