About the Role

This permanent Administrative Assistant role is available in Shrewsbury. As a member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support, manage the front desk, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties: Meeting and greeting guests, showing them to meeting rooms, answering incoming calls, and taking messages
  • Administrative Tasks: Opening and logging post, administering outgoing post, processing office invoices, and banking

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative position or working on a busy reception desk
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard
