This Office Operations Coordinator position requires a highly organized individual to support the team's efforts in Telford, Shropshire.

The ideal candidate will be able to maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and coordinate training and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of holiday and absence plans, updating planners as necessary.
  • Assist site teams in effectively managing spare parts inventory.
  • Arrange training courses and maintain records of mandatory training for site staff.
  • Coordinate car hire and hotel bookings for site personnel.
  • Compile overtime information for time-sheets for site staff.
  • Maintain key storage, contents, and associated documentation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 'O' level, GCSE, or NVQ 3 standard education or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in manufacturing, operational, construction, or project management environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, with the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Familiarity with Time and Attendance software systems.
