In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Disabled Children's Team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This will include:

  • Managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Preparing reports, documents, and presentations to support the team's work.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children and families receiving services.
  • Coordinating and organizing events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Providing excellent customer service to families, professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the team in project management and service delivery initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a social care or health environment. You should also possess strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software applications.
