Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of absences and holidays, updating planners as needed.
  • Support site teams by accurately managing spare parts inventory.
  • Arrange training courses and keep up-to-date records of mandatory training for site staff.
  • Coordinate car hire and hotel bookings for site personnel.
  • Compile overtime information for time-sheets for site staff.
  • Ensure key storage, contents, and associated documentation are well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 'O' level, GCSE, or NVQ 3 standard education or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, preferably in manufacturing, operational, construction, or project management environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, with the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Familiarity with Time and Attendance software systems.
