Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to join our team in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and greeting guests
  • Administrative Support: Managing the front desk, opening and logging post, administering invoices, and banking
  • Organizational Skills: Maintaining office supplies, taking minutes of meetings, writing up meeting summaries, making appointments, and coordinating electronic diaries

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative position or working on a busy reception desk
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel to an intermediate/advanced standard
  • Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrate initiative
  • Flexibility, with a can-do attitude to tasks and hours

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
