**Job Title:** Personal Care and Community Access Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Professional to support a young child with a disability living in the Crook area. As a Personal Care and Community Access Specialist, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to enable the client to access the community and activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To provide exceptional personal care and support to the client, promoting independence and dignity.
  • To facilitate access to the community and activities, such as outings and social events.
  • To collaborate with the client's family and other professionals to ensure seamless support and care.

**Requirements:**

  • A driver's license and access to a car (preferred but not essential).
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.
  • Experience working with children or adults with disabilities (not essential, as training will be provided).

**Working Hours and Pay:**

The successful candidate will be required to work approximately 6 hours per week on Saturdays or Sundays, with additional hours available during school holidays and weekdays. The hourly rate is £12.00.
