City & County Healthcare Group is a leading home care provider in the UK. We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly local team.
About the Role
As a Support Worker with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. You will provide high-quality care and support to enable individuals to live independently and achieve their goals. This will involve supporting clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and outings, as well as helping with medication and practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
What You Will Need
We are looking for an individual who is caring, compassionate, and a good listener. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible in your approach to care. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.
