About the Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at PSR Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our service users. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centred care and support, meeting the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual care plans that reflect the preferences and needs of service users.
  • Monitor and review care plans regularly to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care plans, progress, and any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • N/SVQ level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Diploma/HNC in Health and Social Care.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach to delivering high standards of care.
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to make a difference in the lives of service users.

What We Offer:

We offer a permanent contract with 38.5 hours per week, working days or night shifts. You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12.80 and a fantastic working environment. Successful applicants will be subject to Enhanced DBS checks, employment reference checks, and verification of UK professional registration (if applicable), right to work in the UK, and Occupational Health clearance.
