About Our Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Practitioner - Nursing to join our team at North House Surgery.

The successful candidate will work part-time, delivering high-quality care to patients, focusing on effective individualized care and working within professional nursing boundaries.

  • To assess patient needs and provide evidence-based healthcare.
  • To develop and implement health promotion and wellbeing programmes.
  • To identify, manage and support patients at risk of long-term conditions.

Our estimated salary range for this role is £30-40 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Key Tasks
  1. To deliver high-quality care to patients in a part-time capacity.
  2. To work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  3. To maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legislation.

Our Team

North House Surgery has a dedicated nursing team, including 4 Practice Nurses, 4 Health Care Assistants, and a Phlebotomist, supported by Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Social Prescribers, and a Wellbeing Coach.

We are actively involved in our local PCN and Federation, and have a strong focus on education and regular teaching sessions.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Registered Nurse (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
  • Ability to work part-time hours.
