Care and Support Professional

We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while gaining valuable experience in the care industry.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to clients, empowering them to live independently and pursue their goals. Your expertise will help individuals to manage daily tasks, access community resources, and engage in activities that promote their overall well-being.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. A passion for delivering high-quality care, along with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, is essential.
Compensation and BenefitsThe hourly rate for this position is £11.85, with additional compensation for mileage. Our comprehensive benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle-to-work scheme.
Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess excellent listening and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients. Prior experience in care or a related field is advantageous, but full training is provided for successful candidates.
