Job Title

Care Assistants for a man in the Willington area are required to earn £12.00 per hour.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker who possesses an NVQ in Health & Social Care or working towards it, with experience of working with young people.

The successful candidate will work 24/7, providing one-to-one support to help the individual maintain their independence and live safely in their own home.

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to provide daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores.

Key responsibilities include encouraging and supporting the individual to engage in activities and maintain their physical and mental well-being.

  • Assist with daily tasks
  • Support the individual to manage their finances and make informed decisions
Requirements
  • NVQ in Health & Social Care or working towards it
  • Experience of working with young people
  • Able to provide one-to-one support and build positive relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS required (costs covered by employer)
