Service Deployment Specialist

We are seeking a Service Deployment Specialist to manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services on a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

This role requires nationwide travel, so a full UK driving license is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure seamless customer engagement throughout the implementation process.
  • Data Management: Effectively manage and prepare data for successful implementations.
  • Training & Support: Deliver training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
  • Project Management: Work according to implementation and project plans, ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Technical Support: Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly implementation meetings, identify training needs, and address local challenges.
  • Travel & Adaptability: Travel across the UK with some overnight stays and adapt to various demands.
Requirements:
  • Essential:
    • Full UK Driving Licence
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Flexible with travel and working hours
  • Desirable:
    • Agile Project Management Foundation Certification
    • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
    • Knowledge of the social care sector and project management best practices
    • Experience in large-scale digital project implementation
