Job Title: Personal Assistant for a Young Child with a Disability

This is a unique opportunity to provide support to a young child with a disability living in the Crook area. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling the child to access the community and participate in activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the child with personal care, including getting them ready for school and assisting with showering
  • Accompany the child to access the community and participate in activities
  • Use your own vehicle to transport the child, with a full UK driving license and own car preferred but not essential

Requirements:

  • Experience not essential as training will be provided
  • An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required, with the cost covered by the employer

Working Hours: 6 hours per week on a Saturday or Sunday, with additional hours available during school holidays and Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
