Caregiver Required for Community Support

Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate support worker to assist a 35-year-old female with learning disabilities in the Crook area.
The successful candidate will be required to support the individual in accessing the community, participating in social activities on weekends, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany the individual to local shops, cafes, and leisure activities.
- Support the individual in developing daily living skills and independence.
- Assist with transportation using a personal vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of support provided.
Essential Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Full UK driving license.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
Working Hours:
10 hours every fortnight, with a preference for weekend working.
Rate of Pay:
£12 per hour.
