Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at a nursing home in Bishop Auckland. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred care to residents, including administering medications and providing emotional support
• Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills

Requirements:

• NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
