We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ward staff, ensuring the smooth running of the ward office and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and judgmental skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing general clerical duties, including data input on the Patient Administration System (PAS)
  • Ensuring patient case notes are available, maintained and up-to-date
  • Delivering and collecting patient's case notes, and if applicable x-rays, and investigations results from various locations throughout the hospital
  • Accurately filing reports, notes & results efficiently

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • English Language GCSE (or equivalent) C or above
  • Maths GCSE (or equivalent) C or above

We offer a competitive salary of £25,551 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous annual leave allowance, we also offer flexible working opportunities and protected hours for health and wellbeing activities.
