About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Administrator to join our Perinatal Community Mental Health Service team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service to clients and staff, ensuring confidentiality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Main Responsibilities

As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a professional and courteous response to service users, handling distressed clients via telephone, diary management, updating medical records, and assisting the team with general administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our service and provide excellent support to our clients and staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and as part of a team. You will also need to have good IT skills, with experience of using administrative procedures and systems, and a knowledge of patient confidentiality.
