Perinatal Community Service Coordinator

About the Role
Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Administrator to join the Perinatal Community Mental Health Service team. As a key member of the administration team, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service to clients and staff, ensuring a confidential, efficient, and effective service.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties will include providing a professional and courteous response to service users, handling distressed clients via telephone, diary management, updating medical records using Rio, and assisting the team with general administration. You will work closely with the team to ensure a seamless service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure. You must be able to work well as part of a team and have a positive attitude towards service users and their carers. You will also need to have a good understanding of patient confidentiality and be able to manage complex and sensitive information.
