Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our Perinatal Community Mental Health Service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator to support professionals in a busy and rewarding environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clients and staff, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Manage complex information, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Update medical records using electronic patient record systems.
  • Assist the team with general administration, including procurement and stock management.
Requirements
  • GCSE level English Language or equivalent.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills, with experience working in non-routine environments.
  • Demonstrable experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
Working Environment

The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional travel to Wareham for meetings. Once trained, this post will be split between home working and office cover in Florence House, Westbourne.
