Senior Mortgage and Protection Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at The Connells Group, one of the largest estate agency and property services providers in the UK.

As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and experience throughout the mortgage process. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with our Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers and business, and providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment. You must also be resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented, with a strong customer care background.
