We are seeking a skilled and driven Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team in Westbourne. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the mortgage process.

• Provide expert training and support to our estate agency teams.
• Attract new customers and grow existing relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized mortgage advice and guidance.
• Participate in regular branch meetings to share best practices and build lasting relationships.

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Experience generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
