About the Role

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Administrator to join our Perinatal Community Mental Health Service team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide a comprehensive administrative service to clients and staff, ensuring a confidential, efficient, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and courteous response to service users, handling distressed clients via telephone and managing complex and sensitive information.
  • Diary management, updating medical records using Rio, and assisting the team with general administration.
  • Work as part of an efficient and professional team, ensuring a seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • GCSE level English Language or equivalent.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality and ability to communicate effectively with clients and professionals.
  • Well-developed administrative skills, including knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
