Job Overview

We are currently searching for an Area Sales Manager East of England to join our regional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the sales of our full range of roofing solutions in the region.

The Role

">
  • To work as part of the regional team, developing the sales of the full range of Tremco Roofing solutions
  • Sales and margin development in line with the agreed plan
  • Establish and maintain close business relationships with key regional trusted partners contractors
  • Develop long-term specifications with large regional facility owners
  • Provide written and verbal specification support to clients
  • Provide site support and guidance in line with our technical team

Key Responsibilities and Skills

">
  • Proven track record of selling building products/systems
  • Proven sales experience and experience in managing customer expectations and market requirements
  • Excellent skills & ability to build relationships
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Must be able to prioritise and manage own workload

£60,000 - £70,000 basic (neg.) + (uncapped) commission + car + benefits
