About the Role:

This role involves leading commercial activities in designated areas across Essex, focusing on promoting fibre broadband services and building strong relationships with local communities.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales efforts in the target area, attending community events, engaging with residents, and encouraging them to switch to fibre broadband.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve project targets, including identifying new opportunities and optimising existing ones.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and exceeding expectations.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to ensure that messaging resonates within the local area, contributing to successful campaigns and initiatives.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential (£40,000+ OTE), as well as a company car and annual bonus. Additionally, we provide attractive benefits, including private medical cover and access to hundreds of discounts via Reward Gateway.
