We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Adult Safeguarding Expertise Manager to join our team at Triumph Consultants Limited. As an expert in adult safeguarding, you will provide leadership and guidance to staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to vulnerable adults.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Mental Health Act and mental health social work practice, as well as experience in dealing with complex safeguarding issues. You will also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages, and be able to critically analyze, evaluate, and apply knowledge of legislation and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and support to team members
  • Implementing performance management frameworks and AMHP competencies
  • Quality assuring and monitoring expenditure
  • Liaising with colleagues and agencies to deliver effective services

With a degree in social work and significant experience in adult settings, you will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. This is a challenging but rewarding role, offering a competitive salary of £25.80 per hour PAYE, which is equivalent to approximately £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (based on 37 hours per week).
