BCP Council is seeking an experienced Safeguarding Children Partnership Manager to join our team and help us protect the welfare of vulnerable children across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.

Role Responsibilities

As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and implementing effective safeguarding strategies to promote the welfare of children across BCP;
  • Working closely with our partners to monitor progress and address areas for improvement;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including children, young people, and their families;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures and ensuring compliance;

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in safeguarding and a passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

The salary for this position is between £58,485 and £62,181 per annum, and the working hours are 30-37 hours per week. The location is BCP Civic.
