Safeguarding Expertise Required

We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to join our team as a Learning Mentor, where you will provide critical support to Key Stage 1/2 pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement comprehensive support plans for each pupil.

Requirements:

  • Hold GCSE English & Maths (Grade C or above), demonstrating strong foundational skills.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, showcasing ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and prevent training, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Daily
