Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and engage in lessons and activities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to help students manage their emotions, behaviors, and social interactions.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports every student's academic and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, as well as experience of working with children who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will be responsible for monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teachers, parents, and other relevant professionals.
