Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students with Special Educational Needs. This will involve working closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans, providing one-to-one support to students, and contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive school environment.
The successful candidate will have experience working with students with Autism and/or other complex needs, and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have a strong understanding of child development theories and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to support the needs of our students. In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, comprehensive induction programme, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
