As a Transformation Project Manager at The Barton Partnership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by setting up a Project Management Office (PMO) to drive critical change across IT, Finance, and HR. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PMO leader/Programme Manager with a proven track record in transformation projects, particularly systems changes. This is an initial 6-month project with the potential to become permanent.

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a Project Management Office (PMO) to drive critical change across IT, Finance, and HR
  • Lead governance initiatives and educate teams on best practices
  • Implement frameworks to support a sustainable back-office infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in transformation projects, particularly systems changes
  • Experience in an adjacent industry (construction, facilities management, infrastructure)
