We seek an experienced Transformation Change Manager with a proven track record in transformation projects, particularly systems changes. You will have experience working with founder-led/private equity backed businesses and understand the nuances of driving change in a collaborative environment. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping our future by setting up scalable systems and processes, leading governance initiatives, educating teams on best practices, and implementing frameworks to support a sustainable back-office infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing Project Management Office (PMO) to drive critical change across IT, Finance, and HR
  • Developing and implementing scalable systems and processes
  • Leading governance initiatives and framework implementation
  • Educating teams on best practices

About the Role

This is an initial 6-month project with potential for permanence, requiring you to live within commutable distance to Exeter, as this is an on-site role. You must possess a self-starting attitude, motivation to drive change, and experience in an adjacent industry (construction, facilities management, infrastructure). We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your background and experience.
