The Project Manager - Global Construction will play a key role in delivering exceptional results across diverse projects. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Project and Programme Management Services: Across diverse projects, you will work independently with senior support, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Oversee Sub Consultants and Contractors: Ensuring quality delivery, managing client's programme and project objectives.
  • Support Account Managers: Managing project changes, monthly reports, and weekly client updates.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have relevant construction qualifications, experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion, and membership or candidate status of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB). As a highly motivated, independent worker with attention to detail, you will form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
