Transformational Quality Coach

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Transformational Quality Coach. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and effective improvements through our Quality Improvement Academy.
We are looking for an exceptional manager who can coach colleagues and teams Trust-wide to deliver sustainable improvements in-line with our priorities. Your experience in managing service improvement activities and projects will be invaluable in this role.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices, and will be able to apply these to drive meaningful change across our organization. You will work closely with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality care and services to our patients.
This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working schemes, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for professional development.
