We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity at Pertemps Newcastle, a highly established and growing Training Provider rated as "Good" by Ofsted.
As a result of growth, we are now recruiting for an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach and Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role comes with a salary of approximately £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Your Role: As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring Early Years professionals.
- Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable).
- Creating and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path.
- Providing insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
- Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and effectiveness of your workload and practices to ensure outstanding learner experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- A recognised Assessor's Award such as TAQA or CAVA.
- A Teaching Qualification at Level 3 is highly desirable, such as an Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS.
- Relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
- Previous experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5.
- Vocational competence within Early Years/Child Care at Supervisor level or above.
- Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within the designated region.
