Hadland Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Early Years Leader at our Tops Day Nurseries.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our team of childcare practitioners in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programmes, supervising staff, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education, excellent communication skills, and a passion for child development. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate creativity and imagination in their approach to childcare, and possess strong personal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possession of a valid enhanced DBS certificate
